Consequently, we strive to adhere to the strict standards of MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) European Union legislation and similar legislation in Australia that takes into account the fact that Australia is Common Law whereas European Regulations are Civil laws, Justinian in nature, the former being deductive and the latter – inductive.
